4. High-performance electric system and friendly human computer interactive
SYZ-4x650H can automatically adjust weft density and detect warp-pause, weft-pause, and weft-end. It also functions of automatic compensating, automatic fabric yield in meters for each shift and accumulating to one day or one month. User can display and modulate menu and parameters on the LCD screen. All the manipulation is straightforward and humanistic.
5.The Magnetic Transmission Constant Tension Winder
The transmission system of the winder is equipped a 4P motor as the active driver, whose distance with the positive driver is harnessed to adjust the tension. When the photoelectric sensors catch the signal, it will transfer to SCM. After an instantaneous logical process, SCM sent orders to inverters, which can therefore automatically control the speed of both host machine and tow & exalt device.
